Jason, I love the MIT open courseware site. I wish more universities would publish this type of content. I would also recommend the Linear Algebra courses by Strang and Mathematical Methods for Engineers.

Staffordshire university publishes this along with the open university, you should have a look.

There are loads of unis that publish the OU's content all around central England. Its also getting established in Europe and there are plans for start-ups in the US.

There are loads of distance learning institutes across the US, I have not heard of this open university. If its UK based then its probably best for US citizens to stick to a US institute as there may be issues with spellings and recognized awards.
