Groove Usability Group in New England looking for a few Groove users ...

Work with us to shape the future of Groove and Office. 

 The Groove usability group is conducting product research in the New England region.  The team is recruiting a mix of IT Administrators with experience deploying Groove and current end-users of the Groove (version 2.5 or later). 

 Learn about the new version of Groove and how it can help you collaborate more effectively.  Activities involved in this research include an on-site visit, usage of Groove Beta 2 over a four week period, and one wrap-up session (see agenda below).  Each participant will receive a selection of gift items over the course of the study depending on level of participation.

 This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience with the next generation of Groove and its features.  Each participant will receive a combination of gift cards and software/hardware items depending on level of participation.  Initial sessions are scheduled at your convenience May 15th and June 3rd.

 I'm just going to outline a sample, or framework, as to how the team would like to structure this.

 Day One
Kick-Off Meeting (2-10 End-Users and 2-3 Administrators/IT Pros)
9:00am to 10:00am
All participants receive a gift for this meeting.

Individual Observations.  The team would like to select 2-4 End-Users and the Administrator/IT Pros to observe their 'out of box' experience with the Groove product.  
 
Time t.b.d. after the Kick-off meeting.
Each of these individuals will receive a gratuity selection for this piece.

  1. Product Usage
    Participants use and collaborate with Groove for 4 weeks.  There will also be product support included in this timeframe as needed.
    All participants receive a gratuity selection for using the product. 
  2. Wrap-Up
    End-User Focus Group: 9:30 to 12:00
    Administrator Focus Group: 1:30 to 4:00
    All participants getting gift for this Wrap-Up Focus group.
