I'm starting a new research project on .Net stuff (Metadata) with the intension to present at Code Camp 4 (Sept 24-25). Research is coming along fine, but today I am trying to decide if I should create my sample applications in .Net 1.1 or .Net 2.0 (at least the first version apps, could always convert to the other later) ...

What is your opinion of sample applications these days? do you want them in usable today format 1.1 or do you like them in the 2.0 that you will use soon?
