Status of Resource Files research project

I was planning on finishing this up this weekend but I screwed up my laptop. The sample projects (written in C#, C++ and VB.Net) are done but need a little additional work to make them more pratical. I have started the outline of the final paper/article but am not happy with it yet. I should have it done by Sep 19...
