I am looking for a home to put some coding standards, naming guidelines, etc...what do you do with them?  Paper seems pretty much useless (it is a start though).  I would love something that is as easy to use as word, but ends up like a chm file so I can have an index, search, content folders etc.  Anyone have any recommendations?  I have thought about somehow using ndoc to do this, but not sure about the work involved (how much time would you like to put into it?)

BTW:  I am planning on using FxCop (maybe write some custom rules to add to it)
