Trying Google Reader

I'm going to try Google Reader at least for the rest of this week to see how if it works for me ...

Take your time to memorize the keyboard shortcuts http://www.google.com/support/reader/bin/answer.py?answer=69973 They are simple enough to remember and make it simpler to navigate.

I've been using Google reader for some time and I'm very pleased with it.
It also integrated with google gears, so offline reading is also available.

The only "but" I have (yes, I only have one :P) is that it still ain't integrated with Google Apps, like for instance, google mail.

You also might want to install Apple Safari just to use Google Reader. i've got about a thousand blogs in my opml and both Firefox and IE7 choke w/ Google Reader. For some reason Safari handles it like a champ with no sluggishness or flicker.

Suraj: Thanks for reminding me - always a good idea.

Shine: Good to hear no major problems.

Jb: Good to hear ... I have Safari installed, but was trying to use Google Reader in IE this morning (wasn't impressed) ... I'll try it with Safari tonight ... and maybe Opera too ;)

I've been using Google Reader for quite some time and I love it, it is by far the best aggregator that I've tried (and I've tried a lot). I'm running IE7 on Vista and have about 200 feeds or so and it works fine for me.
