Seattle Code Camp v3.0 Registration and Call for Speakers Open

Since no one else has made this call and according to the Code Camp Manifesto it is by and for the community I'm help get the ball rolling and announce the call for speakers (at least for the readers of my blog).  Please go to the http://seattle.codecamp.us site to get the 'official' word - I'm just some developer trying to get some free talks to go see :)

The Details

Seattle Code Camp v3.0 will be held at DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond on the weekend of November 17th and 18th.  As always, it's a completely free event.

Register to Attend

Registration is required, so head to http://seattle.codecamp.us/ and click the "Register" tab.   Registration is usually important to help determine the final schedule of talks (when and in what rooms to put them), so please take the time and to register.

Call for Speakers

Speakers are what make Code Camps happen (after all if no one volunteers to speak there will be no Code Camp).  Code Camps are also a great way for you to become part of the community - if you have an interesting topic and are willing to talk about it, then submit it!  For an idea of the types of Code Camp sessions that others have presented, check out some of these links:

So if you want to speak, go to http://seattle.codecamp.us and click on "Submit a Session".  You'll have to first register then follow then enter a bio then your session information.

Thanks!
