Interesting finds this week

Jeromy C - Upcoming ASP.Net 2.0 course in the Boston area

VBlasbergCLR Development Resource List

Alex Barnett - Downloading Podcasts onto your Smartphone - Recipe

Byrant Likes - Documenting, points to a useful imaging tool Cropper … you might also try OneNote's screen clipping

Chris Pratley - The best ways to show OneNote to others … I currently typing this into OneNote on the train to Boston (yes I type HTML into it - comes from years of ASP development), then later I will copy it over to .Text and post to the blog

Johanna Rothman - Forced Ranking is Stupid … nice to hear an expert say this! In my last company the "bell curve" for annual reviews was enforced, to the extent you wonder about all the $$$ spent on just making sure all rankings are in a nice bell shape … lots of money and dumb conversations about how someone supposedly performed better than someone else … all of course is subject to context and mood.

One big limitation to reading blogs offline on the commute … I can't see what this points to: Matt Goyer -Nerve Super sexy Windows XP ad found … sounds interesting;0

Alex Lowe - Dan Appleman's VB6/VBA request to Microsoft …. and Vbers … her is some cheese with that whine…. I total agree with Alex on this one - especially his last paragraph…. Oh yea by the way I use VB.Net on a daily basis (although I prefer C#'s cleaner syntax). Should be more like "I've got the whine, where's my cheese … (someone moved it)"

Carl Franklin - Wanted:beta testers for Carl Franklin's Master Class videos

Julie Lerman - User Group Leaders - PLEASE steal this idea … nothing related to "Steal this movie"
