A little late to the game I am sure, but in working on my resource files project (code name: Henley), I have come across some a good listing of Rotor resources:
The link that I am most interesting right now is: http://dotnet.di.unipi.it/Content/sscli/docs/doxygen/fx/bcl/namespaceResources.html which is Rotor's Resources Namespace. That last resource really beats looking at the source in Textpad!!
