I am just finishing up Mike Gunderloy's Coder to Developer. I know there are alot of other blog entries out there about how great this book is, so I won't do a review. I just want to again say, if you are serious about quality software and are using .Net (and don't have every tool and process in place yet) - Get this book!.
Something else you might want to pick up (at larkware.com) is the VS.Net Command Prompt Here (especially if you don't use a shell that has macros) - it will save you alot of time in jumping to that directory you need to run a console app in.
